At HustleHub, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent experience for both clients and professionals. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees paid by professionals are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@hustlehubzm.com.

2. Job Payment Disputes

HustleHub acts as a marketplace and does not directly handle payments between clients and professionals. Any payment disputes should be resolved between the parties involved. HustleHub may assist in mediation upon request.

3. Platform Credits / Balance

Platform credits or account balance refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized transactions reported within 48 hours
  • Account termination due to platform fault

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed subscription periods
  • Jobs that have been marked as completed
  • Promotional or discounted purchases
