Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 May 2025

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of jobs and subscriptions on the HustleHub platform. We aim to be fair to both clients and professionals.

1. Job Cancellation by Clients

Clients may cancel a job under the following conditions:

  • Open jobs — can be cancelled at any time before a professional is assigned, at no penalty.
  • Assigned jobs — may be cancelled before work commences. Clients are encouraged to notify the assigned professional promptly.
  • Jobs in progress — cancellations after work has commenced may require negotiation with the professional regarding partial payment.

2. Job Cancellation by Professionals

Professionals are expected to honour job commitments once assigned. Repeated cancellations may result in:

  • A warning on the professional's account
  • Temporary suspension of job-acceptance privileges
  • Permanent removal from the platform in severe cases

3. Subscription Cancellation

Professionals may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to job-acceptance features will remain active until the subscription expires.

Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — professionals must manually renew before expiry to maintain active status.

4. Account Cancellation

Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at info@hustlehubzm.com. Account data will be deleted within 30 days of the request, subject to any legal retention requirements.

5. Platform-Initiated Cancellation

HustleHub reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users.
