HustleHub is a digital services marketplace. This Delivery Policy outlines how services are delivered on our platform and what both clients and professionals can expect during the service process.
HustleHub facilitates the connection between clients and skilled professionals for physical, on-site services. All services listed on the platform are delivered in person at the client's specified location within Zambia.
Delivery timelines are agreed upon between the client and the professional at the time of hiring. HustleHub does not guarantee specific delivery times but encourages both parties to:
A job is considered delivered when the client marks the job as complete on the HustleHub platform. Clients are encouraged to only mark a job complete when they are satisfied with the work delivered.
Once marked complete, both the client and the professional are invited to leave a review to help maintain platform quality.
If a client believes a service was not delivered as agreed, they should:
HustleHub strives to maintain platform availability 24/7. However, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect access. We aim to notify users in advance of any planned downtime.
HustleHub currently operates within Zambia. Services are delivered by professionals located in or willing to travel to the client's area. Coverage may expand to additional regions in the future.
