Hustle Hub — Refund Policy

At Hustle Hub, we connect clients with verified service professionals. We act as an intermediary; we help users find, book, and (optionally) pay for services, but we do not personally perform the services.

1. Platform Role

Hustle Hub functions as an intermediary between clients and service professionals. While we facilitate bookings and communication, the actual service is delivered by the independent professional you hire through the platform.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Provided: A confirmed, paid booking where the professional did not show up or failed to perform the service.
  • Service Cancelled by Professional: The professional cancels before starting the job and the client does not wish to reschedule.
  • Duplicate Payment or System Error: Accidental or duplicate charges resulting from a technical issue on the platform.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The client changes their mind after the service has already begun or been completed.
  • The client is dissatisfied with the quality of service but the professional completed the agreed work and evidence supports completion.
  • The payment or arrangement was made outside Hustle Hub (off-platform).

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request via the Hustle Hub app or website within 3 days of the scheduled service date.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

If you paid using an offline method or arranged payment directly with the professional, contact the professional to resolve the issue — Hustle Hub cannot guarantee refunds for off-platform payments.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a client and a professional disagree, Hustle Hub will mediate using available evidence (messages, photos, receipts, etc.). Our decision on refund eligibility will be final.

5. Service Credits

In some situations, Hustle Hub may offer service credits (usable for future bookings) instead of cash refunds.

6. No Refunds for Off-Platform Transactions

Hustle Hub is not responsible for payments or agreements made outside the platform. To ensure protection, always book and pay through Hustle Hub when possible.
