Hustle Hub — Cancellation Policy

At Hustle Hub, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains how clients and professionals can cancel bookings made through our platform, and what refund or rescheduling options are available.

1. Client Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before service time: Full refund if payment was made through Hustle Hub.
  • Within 24 hours of service time: Up to 50% cancellation fee may apply, depending on the professional’s policy.
  • After service has started: No refund is eligible once the service begins.

2. Professional Cancellations

If a professional cancels a confirmed booking:

  • The client will receive a full refund (if payment was made through Hustle Hub).
  • Repeated or last-minute cancellations by professionals may result in account review or suspension.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If a client fails to show up or is unavailable at the booked location/time, the booking may be marked as completed and no refund issued.
  • If a professional fails to show up, the client is entitled to a full refund or free rescheduling.

4. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time. Rescheduling within 12 hours is at the professional’s discretion and may incur a fee.

5. Off-Platform Cancellations

Hustle Hub is not responsible for cancellations or refunds for services arranged or paid for outside the Hustle Hub platform.
