At Hustle Hub, we make it easy for clients to receive goods and services from trusted professionals and vendors. This Delivery Policy explains how deliveries are handled and supported on our platform.

1. Platform Role

Hustle Hub acts as a connection point between clients, service providers, and marketplace vendors. While we facilitate payments and orders, the actual delivery of items or service materials is carried out by the professional or seller.

2. Delivery Methods

  • Direct Delivery: The professional or seller delivers the order personally.
  • Third-Party Courier: A trusted delivery partner handles transportation in some areas.
  • Pickup Option: Clients may collect their orders from a designated pickup point where available.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the vendor, service, and client location. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Hustle Hub and its partners are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Delivery Confirmation

  • Clients must confirm receipt of items or services through signature, photo proof, or app confirmation.
  • Once confirmed, the order is marked as completed.
  • Any issues with missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, where applicable, are displayed during checkout and determined by the vendor or courier partner. Hustle Hub may charge additional fees for managed deliveries.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to the client being unavailable or providing an incorrect address:

  • The delivery may be rescheduled for an additional fee, or
  • The order may be cancelled according to the Cancellation and Refund policies.

7. Liability

Hustle Hub is not directly responsible for the physical transport of goods unless otherwise stated. Disputes related to delivery should first be raised with the vendor or professional. Hustle Hub may help mediate if the transaction occurred through our platform.
